1. What are your delivery times?
Orders are processed and delivered 3–5 working days using Royal Mail's tracked service. Please note: public holidays may extend this timeframe, so delivery could take longer than 7 days during such periods.

2. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel’s journey and estimated delivery time. Please note, the box will not fit in a letterbox, therefore someone will need to be in to receive it.

3. Do you only deliver to the UK and how much is shipping?
Yes, only the UK. Please ensure your address is entered correctly during checkout to avoid delays. Shipping fees are £4.95 for orders up to 1.9kg and £6.95 for 2kg and over.

4. What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order does not arrive within 7 working days, please contact me with your order number. I will investigate the issue with Royal Mail and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

5. How are the crystals packaged?
All products are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. Packaging is eco-friendly / recyclable, as I prioritise sustainability. In some cases (very delicate or larger pieces) I may have to use some bubble wrap, however I will do my best to minimise this if need be.

6. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, I only ship within the UK.

7. Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact me on the day of order. Once dispatched, I cannot make changes to your order. If amending order, please note that products may not be available depending on orders from other customers.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping?
All packaging is wrapped in simple tissue paper, with no prices on products. If you would like the package sent as a gift, contact me with your order number straight after your purchasing and I can write a little note for you to add in the package. No paper receipts or prices are added to packaging.
