Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality. The focus of a Reiki treatment is on channeling healing energy to promote balance and calm within your mind, body and spirit. A full Reiki treatment, in-person, to target specific needs, chakra cleanse and / or purely for relaxation.

For the duration of the treatment, you may sit or lay down (on a padded treatment table). You may have the choice of hands lightly touching the body or hovering above. As your practitioner, I will be the vessel to which energy flows to you, intuitively being guided to focus on particular areas of the body and chakras (energy centres). It is advisable to wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Distance Reiki sessions transcend physical boundaries, bringing healing energy to you wherever you are in the world. Utilizing the principles of energy healing and intention, Distance Reiki allows for profound healing to occur remotely. With the same benefits as in-person Reiki, you may receive this healing from the comfort of your own space.
experience
Distance Reiki is offered via Zoom or we may schedule a specific time, whereby I message you before and after completion of the healing. You may sit in a comfortable chair or lay down and be in a quiet space where you will not be interrupted. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing and be in dim light to aid relaxation.
This service is also available to those who may be in a hospital / care home (permission must be granted)

Tibetan Bowl Massage is a healing sound therapy, to promote deep relaxation and balance. This sound healing therapy combines the soothing tones and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls on and around you, as I glide a smaller bowl over the body, intuitively detecting areas that need more attention.
The sound vibrations help release tension, balance energy, and restore calm, creating a deeply restorative experience.
