A consultation via Zoom, prior to your first Reiki or Sound Healing treatment gives us the chance to meet, and for you to share why you may want to receive the healing. It is with my full intention that my clients feel completely comfortable throughout their Reiki or sound journey with me, even if you will only experience it once.

Tibetan Bowl Massage blends the ancient healing practices of Tibetan sound therapy, with gentle touch to promote deep relaxation and balance. This healing therapy combines the soothing tones and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls on and around you, as I glide a smaller bowl over the body, intuitively detecting areas that need more attention - and my bowls give me so much guidance!
The sound vibrations help release tension, balance energy, and restore calm, creating a deeply restorative experience.

For the duration of the treatment, you will be laying down on the floor (padded surface). A blanket, pillow and water after the treatment will be provided.

The sound healing instruments included in this treatment are singing bowls, koshi bells, tuning forks, a rain stick, crystal bowls, ocean drum and a tongue drum.

Join me for an immersive group sound bath experience at Pinner Village Hall. These sound baths are are held monthly.

This will be in a small group setting, experiencing different sound frequencies and vibrations, ranging from singing bowls, crystal bowls, rainstick, shamanic drum and more. You will be laying on your yoga mat, with a blanket.

Yoga Mat, blanket (or two - one placed on your mat and one over you, as your body temperature may fluctuate), cushion / pillow, a bottle of water, and an open mind.

Distance Reiki sessions transcend physical boundaries, bringing healing energy to you, wherever you are in the world. Utilizing the principles of energy healing and intention, Distance Reiki allows for profound healing to occur remotely.
With the same benefits as in-person Reiki, you may receive this healing from the comfort of your own space.
Distance Reiki is offered via Zoom or we may schedule a specific time, whereby I message you before and after completion of the healing.
