Quietly Healing offers 14 days refunds of receiving your item/s, provided the item/s are unused, unopened, and in its original condition. To process a return, please contact Shephali first (via contact page) with your order number and reason for returning. Please see below: 'How to Return and Item'. Exchanges are not offered. 

Quietly Healing reserves the right to refuse returned items if the item is not in it's original state as bought and delivered.

 

Non-returnable Items

 

Due to the unique nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:

• Incense not in a sealed packet, sage, palo santo, jewellery and other consumable products

• Services on this website: Reiki, Sound Healing, Distance Reiki, E.Gift Cards are not refundable

Other items that are not on the above list have a 14 day return policy. Unfortunately, there is no exchange of goods policy. 

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 

All items are checked fully and packaged securely before posting,  however, if your item is damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it. I will arrange a replacement or refund for the damaged or incorrect items.

 

How to Return an Item

 

To initiate a return for an item (not on the non-returnable list), please contact me first with your order number, full name (the person who paid) and a brief description of the issue and you will then receive an email with decision of return. If the refund has been honoured, a return address will be provided. For all returns, including faulty or damaged items, please include a photo of the damage. 

 

Return Shipping Costs

 

For faulty or incorrect items, Quietly Healing will cover the return shipping costs and collection where possible.

For any other return, the customer will be responsible for the postage fee.
