Please note: There are no refunds offered, however, a one-time reschedule may be requested if cancellation is notified anytime 72 hours prior to the date booked. Reschedule requests are considered as a goodwill gesture and are subject to limited availability. Due to demand, spaces are prioritised for new bookings only, so rescheduling cannot be guaranteed and will involve a wait.  If a reschedule is granted, it can only be used once. Yoga Mat / padded gym mat, blanket, pillow for head and under knees - think cosy and comfortable! (You might want to bring a second blanket to lay on your mat)

Bottle of water.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing.

Eye mask.​
