BENEFITS OF A SOUND BATH
A sound bath offers a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and rest. The soothing vibrations from instruments such as crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, koshi bells and more, help ease tension in the body, quiet the mind, and encourage a sense of inner peace. Many people leave feeling lighter, more centred, and deeply relaxed. It's a gentle way to support emotional well-being and recharge your energy.
