Chiltern Open Air Museum Diwali event

Saturday 17th October 2026
11am - 4pm

Come and celebrate Diwali at Chiltern Open Air Museum. I'll be there with a selection of crystals, alongside wonderful stall holders, dance and music workshops, delicious food and more. Tap flyer for tickets to event.

Aasra Welfare

October - December 2026

I'll be continuing to volunteer at Aasra Welfare for their women's wellbeing project, run fortnightly. Aasra Welfare are a domestic violence organisation for women who have been affected by sexual abuse, domestic violence or are vulnerable. If you know anyone who may benefit from their support, please contact them directly.

Amaru Wellness event with Quietly Healing October

Sunday 25th October 2026
3pm - 6pm

Grateful to have been invited by Amaru Wellness for a beautiful afternoon of inner reflection. I will be guiding you through meditation, journalling, and sound - quietly healing through inner expression. There will also be yoga and more.

Sound Baths - Pinner & Ickenham

Join me for a healing sound journey, immersing mind, body, and spirit through different tones and vibrations. Sound healing aims to calm the nervous system, allowing us to calm and balance. Locations are Pinner Village Hall and Ickenham Village Hall.
