About the sound bath

Join me at Pinner Village Hall, Chapel Lane on the last Wednesday of each month for a guided sound bath to heal within. As a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, I will intuitively guide you on a journey through an array of sounds and frequencies, using crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, a shamanic drum and more. Embrace calm, restoration, and deep relaxation for your mind, body, soul.
