About the sound bath
Join me for a guided sound journey, to heal within. As your Sound Healing Practitioner, I will intuitively guide you on a journey through an array of sounds and frequencies, using crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, a shamanic drum and more. Embrace calm, restoration, and deep relaxation for your mind, body, soul. Locations are Pinner Village Hall and Quaker Meeting House, Rayners Lane.

🔸 By agreeing to the T&C's/Disclaimer, you, and any guests you purchase for, agree to participate in the sound bath. 🔸 There are no refunds. If you are not able to attend, you are welcome to reschedule, subject to availability -please note, spaces are offered after new paying bookings only. 🔸 Sound Bath sessions are intended for relaxation, meditation, and personal well-being. 🔸 It is a complimentary, holistic practice, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 🔸 If you have any medical conditions, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking / participating. 🔸 While many participants report positive experiences, the effects may vary for each individual. No specific outcomes or therapeutic benefits are guaranteed. Who should avoid / seek medical permission, including but not limited to: 🔸 Mental health & trauma therapy: Those experiencing severe anxiety / depression, psychosis, PTSD, or undergoing trauma therapy (such as EDMR), or any other psychological condition, may find the experience over stimulating or triggering. It’s best to consult with a mental health professional before attending. 🔸 People with Sound Sensitivity: If you have conditions such as hyperacusis or are highly sensitive to certain frequencies, a sound bath may not be suitable. If you have tinnitus, sound baths can offer mixed experiences. Some find the immersive sound soothing, while certain frequencies or volumes may amplify symptoms. Consulting your doctor/ specialist is the best route. 🔸 Medical devices: Those with Pacemakers or Implanted medical devices: The vibrations from sound instruments may interfere with some medical devices, so please consult with your doctor first. 🔸 Pregnancy: Pregnant participants should consult with their healthcare provider before attending a sound bath, as certain conditions may require additional precautions. Sound Bath's should be avoided during the first trimester. 🔸 Epilepsy or Seizure Disorders: Those with epilepsy or other seizure disorders should speak with their doctor before participating, as certain sound frequencies could potentially trigger an episode. 🔸 Vascular Conditions: Those with past or present blood clots, brain aneurysms, or other vascular conditions should consult a healthcare provider before participating. Vibrations may affect circulation or pressure. Some conditions may not be listed - please seek advice if you are unsure about whether you should attend.
